The fillings are completely ready to be used and they do not require preliminary preparation. They have perfect taste and color; amazingly combined with different types of dough; they are resilient to freezing cycle – defrosting. They can be used manually and on mechanical production lines. They keep their shape during baking, do not dry up, do not melt, do not weep, withstand temperature up to 260 degrees, have long shelf life.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Thermostable filling for bakery, layer and confectionery products. It can be used as a filling for cookies, pies, puffs, muffins and rolls or as a base for making cream for cakes and tarts.
Our fillings are completely ready to be used and do not require mixing, so costs and manufacturing process are decreasing. They perfectly go with different types of dough – rolled-in, sweet, cookie or choux paste; look amazing in open-faced pies. Due to tender texture, the fillings can be easily dosed manually, and also go with automated lines; can be perfectly greased, they keep ideal shape and do not spread, that which is very important in complicated decorating, for example. High thermostability of fillings guarantees keeping shape and tender, smooth consistency even after high-temperature baking. The fillings are also resilient to freezing. They can be successfully used for making frozen half-finished products – puffs, pancakes, croissants, etc….
The fillings can be perfectly mixed with, for example, creams or non-dairy creamer; have long shelf-life (up to 12 months); are stable when transporting. Even with small volume of the output, they are economically advantageous in comparison with competitive analogues. In production of the fillings we have tried to consider functional specifications, which are important for our clients, as well as their taste preferences, so the current assortment is not exhaustive. Our specialists are ready to adapt existing recipes of fillings or create new depending on manufacture characteristics and particular requirements to the characteristics of ready-made products.
